Our return policy allows returns within 14 calendar days after delivery. All returns require prior approval from our support team. If you receive defective, wrong or incomplete items, please contact us immediately. When submitting a return claim, please email your order ID, photos/videos of the item, and keep all goods & packaging until your request is settled.
What items can I return? Standard-size dresses and accessories can be returned only if they remain unworn, unwashed, unaltered, clean, with all original tags and packaging intact. Once tags are removed, returns will not be accepted. Custom-made gowns, final-sale and clearance items are non-returnable.
What items can I exchange? We do not offer direct exchange service. If you want a different style or size, please submit a valid return request and place a new order after refund is processed.
